O my Dear Lily!

In a field full of Rose,

I had myself a Lily,

Jet black hair and caramel eyes,

Ethereal beauty as soft as honey.

Hers was a serene smile,

One that lit a thousand lights,

To that smile I lost my heart,

A smile surreal as moonlight.

Painting the world pretty,

She brought relief to weary eyesight,

Adding dash of red and pink,

To a life that only knew black and white.

Perhaps the start of new beginning,

She glowed alike the light of dawn,

Drowning in her gamine gaze,

In that moment she had my all.
